Initial consultation
First we align on your vision, the event's goals, budget, date and brand character. That tells us what result we want to build together.
Proposal
We prepare a concept, production approach, schedule and an indicative budget framework. Already at this stage we connect your vision with the possibilities of the space, the budget and the whole project.
Design & planning
We design the visual identity of the event, the placement of branding elements and furniture, the technical solution, logistics and production plan. Where it helps, we prepare moodboards, visualisations and 3D drafts.
Preparation & production
We secure production of branding materials, technology, stage and pop-up shop structures, furniture, catering and coordination of all suppliers. Everything is set up so the preparation runs efficiently.
On-site delivery
Our team is on site from the build through the event itself to the strike. We coordinate installation, technology, suppliers, programme and the final details so everything runs to plan under one production lead.
Strike & review
After the event we handle strike, transport, handover of outputs, photos, videos and final feedback. Every project gets a clear close to build on next time.
