This policy describes how Stars Enterprise s.r.o., ID No. 05598168, with registered office at Alžbětín 53, 340 04 Železná Ruda (operator of the ASTRA EVENTS brand), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process

• Identification and contact details (name, e-mail, phone, company name).
• Content of the message submitted through the contact form.
• Billing data when a contract is concluded.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your inquiry and communication — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Performance of a contract and invoicing — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
• Newsletter — only with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention period

Inquiry data is kept for as long as necessary, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period (usually 10 years).

5. Recipients

We only share data with processors necessary for our operation (hosting, e-mail service, accounting). Data is not transferred outside the EU.

6. Your rights

• Right of access, rectification and erasure.
• Right to restrict processing and to data portability.
• Right to object and to withdraw consent.
