Terms & Conditions
Effective: 19 June 2026
These terms govern the relationship between Stars Enterprise s.r.o., ID No. 05598168, with registered office at Alžbětín 53, 340 04 Železná Ruda (the “Provider”), and the client ordering event production, rental or related services under the ASTRA EVENTS brand.
1. Subject of services
The subject is the production of an event or provision of services in the scope agreed in a written quote, e-mail communication or a separate contract.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contractual relationship is established by the client's written confirmation of the quote (including by e-mail) or by signing a separate contract.
3. Price and payment terms
- Prices are set individually based on the project scope.
- A 50 % deposit is typically required before production starts.
- The balance is due within 14 days after the event, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellation
- More than 30 days before the event: 25 % of the price.
- 30–14 days before the event: 50 % of the price.
- Less than 14 days before the event: 100 % of the price.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable for damage demonstrably caused by its fault, up to the price of the given order. Force majeure (natural events, power outages, official restrictions) does not give rise to a claim for damages.
6. Complaints
Any defects must be reported in writing to info@astraevents.com without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the event.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
